We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Reporting Intern to support Group Sustainability Department in meeting sustainability reporting requirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting with the preparation of our 2024 Annual Sustainability Report.

Your tasks will include:

  • Sustainability Reporting 2024 support for:
  • Preparation of sustainability report disclosures, including in Annual and Quarterly Sustainability reports, and other internal and external communications.
  • Gap analysis of 2023 report with CRSD sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Preparation of documentation and materials for sustainability assurance process.
  • Performance and documentation of the double materiality assessment; ensure audit trail documentation.
  • Coordination and Collaboration with various topic owners to collect necessary data and information for reporting purposes.
  • Data Collection & Analysis support for:
  • Development and maintenance of sustainability databases.
  • Specific partners and data sources searches for procurement if applicable.
  • Performance of data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • The development and refinement of methodologies, metrics, and proxies used in sustainability reporting.

You will gain a great understanding of ESG/ Sustainability data related topics, especially in the banking industry, as well as business analysis competence.

We expect you to have:

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
  • Preferred education in Environmental technology, Environmental sciences, Environmental chemistry, Biology, Legal, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or any other natural sciences.
  • Prior experience in leading independently projects, showing initiative and persistence
