Your Role This position is part of our Process and Automation Solutions product group. You will join a dynamic development team dedicated to creating innovative in-house solutions that streamline and automate our internal administrative processes. Our work is crucial to enhancing efficiency and driving operational excellence across the organization, supporting various business units such as HR, Finance, Sea Logistics, and more. Weâre looking for a talented Full Stack Java Developer to help us take our automation capabilities to the next level. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a large corporate environment while contributing to high-impact projects within our team. Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements for our corporate workflow tool;
  • Engage with the team and business stakeholders to make informed design decisions, aligning technical solutions with business requirements;
  • Improving code quality according to the best practices;
  • Integration of new components into existing environment;
  • Contribute to various activities throughout the software development cycle, including DevOps tasks and testing.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in building Java-based applications using Spring Boot;
  • Proficiency in Angular for front-end development, with experience in creating dynamic, responsive web applications;
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices, preferably in a cloud or containerized environment like OpenShift;
  • High self-motivation, interest in current trends in software development;
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack;
  • Ability to take over responsibility;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
