Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in Estonia.Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, instilling a deep understanding of Estonia's unique market dynamics.Build and maintain robust relationships with key business clients, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.Optimize sales processes for improved efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, in alignment with our company's goals.Collaborate with various teams to ensure sales strategies complement overall business objectives.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to seize growth opportunities and adapt strategies.Manage the sales department's budget, strategically allocating resources for maximum impact and financial success.Uphold strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

Proficient in Estonian and English; Russian proficiency is advantageous.Proven experience in developing sales strategies and leading sales teams, particularly in Estonia.Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead by example.Knowledge of the local market, with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
