Welcome to Nordea Estonia, Loan Amendments team
We are looking for a new team member working full-time to join our team.
As the Finnish speaking process officer you have opportunity to collaborate with people across the whole Nordea value chain.
What you’ll be doing:
- Changes to customers different loans coming from brancher or Nordeas self-service channel (no calling to customers).
- Delivering professional support on dedicated processes.
- Ensuring correct and timely execution of your tasks, as we work within specific reply times.
- Meeting assigned targets according to customer’s needs.
The role is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with a possibility to work partly remotely within Estonia.

Your experience and background:
- You are a quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes with optimism.
- You are fluent in Finnish (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written, and English on communicative level.
- You have pro-active approach, you are self-driven and have an open mind.
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage, but in the end, your attitude is what counts the most
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- You hold a high level of integrity and are trustworthy.
