We're looking for a proactive and people oriented HR Consultant to join our great team Your Role As an HR Consultant You will be one of the "go to" persons. We have 400+ employees, including 50+ managers. You will be the first point of contact in different employee life-cycle related questions with focus being on employment relations consultancy. We are looking for a HR generalist with a great personality who has a genuine interest towards working with people, broad understanding of HR processes and would like to contribute to different areas of HR. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave. Your Responsibilities
  • Consult our managers and employees on employee relations aligned with local labor law and global or local HR processes, starting from relocation of foreigner employees and ending with how to off-board a leaving employee in a best way.
  • Proactively participate in developing and creating HR processes which support creating a great employee experience.
  • Manage and administrate employee data and employment relations.
  • Support hiring managers in recruitment projects in collaboration with Kuehne + Nagel's internal talent sourcing center.
  • Participate in or lead various HR related projects and initiatives.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • HR generalist experience minimum of 3 years
  • Experience of working in an international company which has over 100 employees
  • Experience in consulting managers
  • Good skills in MS software (knowing SAP is a perk)
  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian Labor Law
  • Good communicator, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken (speaking Russian is an advantage)
