We're looking for an Investor Relations Manager who will be part of a team acting as the critical link between the business and the broader investment community.

About the role
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will reach across the business and include in-depth analysis of the industry and peers to help evaluate and drive the company narrative and strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function
Monitor operational changes through ongoing contact with company management, and help develop investor relations messages based on these changes
Monitor market developments and changes in the industry to help drive strategic discussions internally
Help manage investor engagement through conferences, roadshows, earnings calls and investor meetings
Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company
Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
About you:
5+ years of sell/buy-side finance experience
Superior financial modeling and relationship-building skills
Able to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
Knowledge about the tech & mobility industry is an advantage
