You will:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate warehousing as well as transportation activities of products in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Cooperate with external and internal contacts by organizing and conducting tenders for Logistics Service Providers, ensuring proper communication and managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain regular reporting standards to monitor and assess the performance of Service Providers as well as timely and correctly input the required data into various systems.
  • Manage tax stamps related tasks and control the execution of tax stamps reporting in compliance with legal requirements. Maintain regular relationships with Tax Authorities and other institutions.
  • Prepare and provide budgeting inputs as well as monitor and control actual costs, propose, implement cost saving initiatives.
  • Manage reverse logistics operations as well as activities related to preparation for recycling, destruction, etc

We expect that you:

  • Have a university degree in Logistics, Business, Economics or similar.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Are able to quickly react and solve any arising issues.
  • Possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Have great MS Office skills.
  • Are fluent in Estonian and English languages
