Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia Bolt Full time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Bolt Business Analytics Team and help us scale and improve our products across 45 countries.

About us

Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa, with over 150 million customers in 45+ countries. We're a global team of more than 100 nationalities joined on a common mission – to make cities for people, not cars. And we need you to make it happen

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will divide your responsibilities between technical data modeling and business analytics. You will oversee the data infrastructure for Bolt Business, one of Bolt's rapidly expanding verticals. This includes maintaining current data pipelines and developing new ones as the business grows and as new features are launched. Additionally, you will analyze our data to extract key insights that will inform our strategy. Working at Bolt Business offers the chance to engage with data from various verticals, including Ride Hailing, e-Mobility, and Food Delivery.

Your daily adventures will include:

Managing our data pipelines to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Using statistical techniques to interpret data, analyze results, and provide reports for business recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, impact analysis).
Collaborating proactively with other stakeholders to lead projects, support data-driven strategies, and foster business growth.
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Creating tools and dashboards to support business operations.

About you:

You possess a BS degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or Statistics. A Master's degree is a plus.
You have at least 3-5 years of experience handling large data volumes.
You consider your SQL and data modeling skills to be "outstanding."
You have experience with BI tools and data visualization.
You have a proven ability to lead projects, including planning, managing stakeholder communications, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent.
You are fluent in English.
While experience is crucial, we also value drive, intelligence, and integrity. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you believe you're the right fit for our team.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you're the kind of person described above

Why you'll love it here:

Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
Impact millions of customers and partners in 500+ cities across 45 countries.
Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode.
Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

*Some perks may differ depending on your location.
