We are looking for a Lifting Safety Engineer in Large Motors and Generators factory, located in Jüri, Estonia.

In this role, you will build systems and address lifting risks across the value chain. You will collaborate with global colleagues in similar product factories to ensure comprehensive risk mitigation and system development for optimal performance.

Your responsibilities
  • Implementation of standardized lifting procedures at all stages of production
  • In-depth analysis and risk assessment of lifting operations
  • Compilation and organization of control measures
  • Conducting the necessary training and assessing the competence of employees in matters of lifting operations
Your background
  • Deep technical expertise in lifting systems and equipment.
  • Certification in Crane Operating
  • Proficiency in critical lifting operations, cargo securing, and various lifting equipment, including hands-on experience with complex lifting tasks and expertise in rigging/slinging techniques
  • A can-do attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong drive to deliver results
  • Familiarity with specialized lifting planning and procedures, and implementation of lifting procedures across all production stages
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments for lifting operations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian. Russian is an advantage
