About the RoleThis complex position spans numerous disciplines: operations, customer experience, machine learning, psychology, and technology. You'll build a strategy and execute it with a cross-functional team.
- Develop and communicate a product strategy for operations that will drive customer preference.
- Lead a team of engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and operational specialists. You'll be both the source of inspiration and a coach who turns team members into product experts.
- Take ownership and drive company-level strategic initiatives. As the operations expert, you'll often help shape areas outside of your direct responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
You will:
- Discover and execute a product strategy for operations that will have customers choosing our platform over competitors.
- Coach a team of passionate business-focused product managers. We make time for best practices because they lead to great results, rather than just discussing them.
- As part of Product Leadership, build a product & engineering organization to be proud of. There's still room to be opinionated and make it in your own image.
- Combine deep customer understanding (experience, psychology, incentives) and technology (automations, integrations, machine learning) to deliver customer love and operational efficiency.
