Visual Mastermind Needed

We are seeking a Senior Visual Experience Designer to drive the development of high-quality visuals that elevate our product and marketing experiences.

This role focuses on designing scalable creative assets, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand identity to life in intuitive and engaging ways.

About this Role:

• Design visually compelling assets for in-product use and marketing campaigns, including splash screens, banners, and promo cards.
• Create and manage modular templates that support localisation and scalability across markets.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all product surfaces and communication channels.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Brand, Marketing, and Content teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of the product's visual language in partnership with Design Systems and Brand teams.
• Support motion and interaction design by creating intuitive, animated components and micro-interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and motion design across digital products and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with motion or prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or similar.
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system and understanding the importance of consistency and scalability.
• Care deeply about visual craft, usability, and how design impacts the user experience.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams, balancing creative goals with technical constraints.
