Marketing Compliance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Marketing Compliance Officer. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring all marketing activities align with regulatory and internal compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing compliance, demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and external partnerships. This role involves monitoring marketing campaigns, partnerships, and affiliate activities to safeguard compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Compliance Oversight
    • Review and Approve Marketing Materials: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Compliance Audits: Conduct thorough audits on marketing campaigns, advertisements, and communications.
    • Provide Feedback and Guidance: Offer expert advice to marketing teams to address potential compliance issues.
  • Affiliate and Partnership Monitoring
    • Evaluate Affiliate Activities: Assess marketing activities conducted by affiliates and partners to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory standards.
    • Risk Assessments: Perform comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing affiliates/partners and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Develop Compliance Frameworks: Create and implement frameworks for monitoring partner and affiliate activities.
  • Policy Development and Training
    • Create Compliance Policies: Assist in developing and updating marketing compliance policies and procedures.
    • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide training for internal teams, affiliates, and partners to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Regulatory Monitoring and Reporting
    • Stay Updated on Regulations: Remain informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting marketing compliance.
    • Report Compliance Issues: Identify and document any identified compliance issues, working collaboratively with legal and marketing teams to resolve them.
    • Liaise with Auditors: Communicate with auditors as necessary to address compliance inquiries and audits.
  • Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partnerships.
