We are looking for a versatile Financial product analyst to join our growing team to strengthen the connection between our clients, Customer Success, and Product teams by translating messy financial workflows into structured insights and solutions.

You'll work closely with customers and our development team to turn complex financial workflows into automated solutions. • Deep-dive into customer processes - connect with finance teams to understand their challenges and discover how technology can transform their daily operations
• Be the detective - analyze financial data patterns and collaborate with our dev team to uncover automation opportunities that can save hours of manual work
• Bridge the finance-tech gap - translate complex financial processes into clear technical requirements that our Product and Engineering teams can turn into reality
• Design the future of finance - craft intuitive templates that help teams work smarter, not harder
• Shape the product - work directly with customers to test and perfect our reconciliation solutions, ensuring they deliver real value to finance teams

What makes a great fit

• You've worked with numbers before, whether in audit, payments, or another finance-heavy role (1–2 years is great, more is welcome).
• You're fluent in Excel or Google Sheets, and you're not afraid to wrangle messy data.
• You communicate clearly, whether explaining a process or a smart solution.
• You're hands-on, proactive, and you take ownership seriously.
• Bonus points if you've touched reconciliation, fintech, or finance automation, but if not, we'll help you get there.
