GET READY TO:
- Assess Creditworthiness with Purpose – Dive into mortgage and consumer credit applications to support individuals and families in reaching their goals in a responsible and sustainable way;
- Make Decisions That Matter – Apply your expertise to make timely, data-driven credit decisions that thoughtfully balance opportunity with risk;
- Drive Strategic Improvements – Use your insights to refine credit processes, increase portfolio profitability, and reduce non-performing loans;
- Collaborate and Inspire – Share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and teamwork;
- Shape Policy and Practice – Play a key role in developing and refining internal credit risk procedures.
YOUR PROFLE:
- You hold a university degree in finance, law, economics, or a related field;
- Bring 3+ years of experience in financial services or credit products;
- Are confident in credit analysis and data interpretation;
- Thrive both independently and in a team;
- Speak Estonian (C2) and English (C1) fluently, other languages will be your advantage;
- Are open to shift work, including some weekends (by schedule).
