Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy & Leadership
: Define and drive GlobalReader's revenue strategy across direct sales and partner channels - Sales Team Development
: Lead regional sales managers and support new market launches - Partnership Growth
: Build and expand our global partner network (ERP integrators, consulting firms, etc.) - Cross-functional Collaboration
: Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize go-to-market impact - Performance Ownership
: Set ambitious KPIs and support teams in consistently exceeding them - CRM & Data Excellence
: Ensure consistent pipeline management and data-driven decision-making (Pipedrive)
Your Profile:
- Strong background in
B2B sales
, preferably in
SaaS, ERP, or industrial tech - Proven experience in leading revenue teams across multiple regions or markets
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and high accountability
- Excellent communication in English
; additional languages a plus - Strong analytical mindset; data-driven and result-oriented
- Open to travel and working in an international environment
