We're looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
to lead our high-performing sales and partnership teams across multiple markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategy, execution, and building something bold from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Leadership
    : Define and drive GlobalReader's revenue strategy across direct sales and partner channels
  • Sales Team Development
    : Lead regional sales managers and support new market launches
  • Partnership Growth
    : Build and expand our global partner network (ERP integrators, consulting firms, etc.)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize go-to-market impact
  • Performance Ownership
    : Set ambitious KPIs and support teams in consistently exceeding them
  • CRM & Data Excellence
    : Ensure consistent pipeline management and data-driven decision-making (Pipedrive)


Your Profile:

  • Strong background in
    B2B sales
    , preferably in
    SaaS, ERP, or industrial tech
  • Proven experience in leading revenue teams across multiple regions or markets
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and high accountability
  • Excellent communication in English
    ; additional languages a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset; data-driven and result-oriented
  • Open to travel and working in an international environment
