We offer you to become our teammate on the position of Payments & Fraud Analyst. In such a role, you will defend the interests of our company and patrons against financial threats in the developing field of online gambling. Your previous background in Payments & Fraud/Anti-Money Laundering areas, presented by fintech, traditional tech, or even iGaming, is the decisive factor.
You will act as the first line of defense, identifying and addressing suspicious behavior patterns and ensuring we comply with regulatory expectations for better business functioning. Your close observation and superior analytical skills will protect our company while making patrons feel secure and respected.

Your Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in online gambling or relevant fintech and tech industries, specializing in Payments & Fraud/Anti-Money Laundering roles.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance procedures. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in relevant platforms, applications and KYC tools.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and ethical integrity.
Knowledge of crypto investigation is preferred, especially tracing transactions on the blockchain.
Your will be responsible for:
Detecting and managing fraudulent accounts using analytics tools.
Processing customer payouts and verifying documents.
Handling AML tasks and escalating potential risks.
Addressing customer queries and coordinating with payment service providers.
Training and mentoring new team members.
Taking ownership of issues during shifts to minimize impact.
Communicating with customers via email and occasional calls.
Working flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Supporting Customer Support as needed.
Producing reports on fraud trends and suggesting improvements.
