Junior Battery Electrochemist (Part-time or Full-time) About Us
Who are we looking for?
Your role:
- Following established standard work instructions for the UP Catalyst battery lab to perform agreed upon materials characterization tasks.
- Preparing various battery electrode slurries and coated electrodes.
- Assembly and testing of coin cell battery prototypes.
- Analyzing test data, preparing graphs and figures.
- Keeping tidy track of coin cell preparation and analysis data and reports.
- Contributing to exciting international collaboration projects.
- Contributing to reaching clients in the battery market.
- Solving ad-hoc tasks related to battery research assigned by the direct manager.
- Educational background: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science or Physics. Preferably with a specialization in electrochemistry.
- Preferably experience with battery materials processing and testing.
- Proven track record of independently designing and executing experiments.
- Team player, ready to follow agreed procedures and agreements.
