Role Description

The Junior konsultant will assist with day-to-day consulting tasks, including providing support to clients, conducting research, and preparing reports. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with other team members to deliver solutions aligned with the clients' needs. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Tartu, with opportunities to work remotely for a portion of the time.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Research, Data Analysis, and Critical Thinking
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Experience in Consulting or Client Support is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in relevant tools or software is an advantage
