Your new adventure:

• Take the lead on strategic data science initiatives that align with our business goals, helping shape how we use AI, analytics, and machine learning to drive impact.
• Own and lead projects from start to finish—from wrangling data and building models to deploying them into production.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (think product, engineering, operations) to identify high-impact, data-driven opportunities.
• Mentor and guide other data scientists, whether formally or informally, helping elevate the practice across the team.
• Build, refine, and scale cutting-edge machine learning models, exploring innovative approaches while balancing real-world constraints.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Stay sharp—keep up with emerging tools, trends, and techniques in machine learning, AI, and data science to keep our capabilities ahead of the curve.

Does this sound like you?

• You bring 7 years of experience in data science or analytics, with proven success in delivering impactful models and insights. (If you're more experienced—great We're open to highly seasoned candidates too.)
• You've led or heavily influenced data science projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.
• You're proficient in Python, SQL, and the usual suspects (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• You love solving complex business problems with a mix of data, creativity, and experimentation.
• You're comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences—whether it's your peers or the C-suite.
• You stay up to date with the latest in AI, ML, and data science trends—not just for curiosity's sake, but because you see how they can bring value.
• You may have mentored or guided other data scientists, and you're excited about being a thought partner in a growing, forward-thinking team.
• You hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's, or higher).
