Quality Assurance Lead

- Develop Testing Strategy: Create a new testing approach to ensure all products are high quality and reliable before release;
- Enhance Testing Processes: Review existing testing methods and suggest improvements;
- Lead QA Team: Guide the quality assurance team towards automating testing solutions;
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with development, product management, and maintenance teams to integrate testing smoothly into projects;
- Define Test Plans: Work with your team to create detailed test plans;
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of testing activities;
- Main Contact for Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for cross-team collaboration, representing the QA team in discussions with product, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading QA teams on complex projects;
- QA Process Design: Experience in creating modern and scalable QA processes;
- Automated Testing Skills: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools;
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development;
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues in development processes, propose and execute effective solutions;
- Mentorship Abilities: Capability to mentor team members in technical skills and professional growth while promoting teamwork and open communication;
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business, economics, or a related field;
- English Proficiency: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
