Job Summary
The Office of Practice is accepting applications for a Billing/Collections Specialist 3, located on campus in Johnson City, TN. The Billing/Collections Specialist III functions as the lead position over other billing/collection specialists. While this role processes and posts insurance/patient payments and generates billing statements, it also prioritizes the billing team's projects on a daily basis. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Professional Coding Certification. Five (5) years or more experience: medical billing and coding, insurance claims processing, electronic health records ( EHR / EPM ).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting. Allscripts and/or EPIC system billing experience.
