WiseWomenCode is a unique experience designed to increase the diversity of the technology sector by providing support, guidance and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the tech world.

This
3-day immersive program
is packed with hands-on workshops, job shadowing and networking opportunities, all aimed at boosting your confidence and skills, whilst helping you to explore the different technical paths within the fintech industry.

18-20 of February 2026
, where you'll connect with industry leaders, collaborate side-by-side with different technical specialists, and gain insights from our experts - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications
We invite applications from tech students, recent career changers and individuals returning to work after a career break.

based in Estonia, passionate about tech and ready to dive into some coding
