Über die Rolle:
Werde Teil eines internationalen Teams und unterstütze eine führende Streaming-Plattform Als Legal Operations Analyst moderierst du schriftliche Inhalte und bearbeitest rechtliche Anfragen zu Betrug, Urheberrechtsverletzungen, Datenschutz oder Verleumdung. Vorerfahrung ist nicht erforderlich (bis zu 12 Monate Erfahrung in Content Moderation von Vorteil), was diese Position ideal für den Einstieg oder Ausbau einer Karriere im Bereich Legal Operations und Content Moderation macht.

Aufgaben:

  • Prüfen und Bearbeiten eingehender rechtlicher Anfragen
  • Moderation von Inhalten gemäß Richtlinien und Policies des Kunden
  • Einhaltung von Bearbeitungszeiten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team
  • Durchführung von Back-Office-Aufgaben zur Unterstützung von Content- und Rechtsprozessen

Anforderungen:

  • Fließendes Deutsch (C1+)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
  • Grundverständnis von KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
  • Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und emotionale Belastbarkeit
  • Keine Vorerfahrung erforderlich (max. 12 Monate Content Moderation von Vorteil)

Gehalt & Benefits:

  • Grundgehalt: 1.400 /Monat (ohne Boni und Zulagen)
  • Sprachbonus: 235 /Monat
  • Leistungsbonus: 5% des Jahresgrundgehalts (:58 /Monat)
  • Essenszulage: 7,63 pro Arbeitstag (netto, Essenskarte)
  • Transportzulage: 720 /Jahr (:60 /Monat)

  • Zusätzliche Vergütung (laut portugiesischem Arbeitsrecht):

  • Nachtarbeit (22:00-07:00): +25% auf Basisstundenlohn

  • Sonntage & Feiertage (im festen Rotationsplan, keine Überstunden): +50% auf Basislohn oder gleichwertiger Ausgleich

  • Kranken- und Lebensversicherung (Familienplan für Partner und Kinder inklusive)

  • Unterstützung bei Bankkonten, Versicherungen und bürokratischen Verfahren (NIF/NISS)

Umzugsunterstützung:

  • 2.500 brutto Umzugsbonus für Kandidaten aus anderen EU-Ländern
  • 1.500 brutto Umzugsbonus für Kandidaten außerhalb der Metropolregion Lissabon
  • Vollständige Unterstützung bei der Suche nach geeigneter Unterkunft

Ungefähres monatliches Gesamteinkommen:
inkl. Grundgehalt, Boni, Essens- und Transportzulagen sowie potenzielle Nacht-/Wochenendzuschläge, abhängig vom Schichtplan)
