As a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer, you will lead the development of high-performance ASIC and FPGA solutions from concept to silicon. You will combine hands-on RTL design, architecture decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust, reliable hardware products. Your expertise will drive design quality, optimize performance, and guide junior engineers toward technical excellence. Operating in a flexible hybrid environment, you will work closely with verification, firmware, and system teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables. This role emphasizes both technical leadership and practical problem-solving in cutting-edge hardware development. Accountabilities:
  • Define hardware architecture, evaluate trade-offs for performance, power, and area, and drive design decisions
  • Lead RTL design, integration, and verification across the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with firmware, verification, and system teams to ensure seamless hardware delivery
  • Mentor junior engineers, review designs, and promote best practices and technical excellence
  • Provide design-in support and assist with bring-up and customer-facing technical projects
  • Optimize workflows and automation using scripting for efficiency and reliability
