Job responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative HR tasks, including employment contracts, amendments, and job descriptions.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Advise managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Support the administration of our benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Staying up-to-date on labor law, ensuring compliance with relevant HR regulations.
  • Supporting and participating in various HR initiatives.
  • Maintaining our Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Occasionally support office management tasks as needed.

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Human Resources role, preferably in an international company.
  • Strong knowledge of Estonian local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.
