Now, we are looking for IT analysts in Tallinn and Tartu.
Our client is Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Töötukassa) and you would be joining our TETRIS (ie Work Ability Assessment System) project.
Your role will include:
Working closely with business partners to understand workflows, define priorities, and document system requirements
Translating business needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs
Collaborating with engineers, analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Participating in backlog estimation, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Helping create epics, user stories, and estimate the backlog alongside the development team
Managing and resolving support and enhancement requests in a timely manner
To succeed in this role, you should:
Have at least 3–5 years of experience as a system & business analyst
Have practical experience with UML and BPMN
Have experience designing REST APIs and integrating with external IT systems
Have basic skills in SQL querying and working with relational databases
Be a team player who cares about colleagues and clients
Be very good at Estonian language written and spoken
