What is this role about?

As a Site Reliability Engineer in Bondora, you will streamline and optimize our software development and deployment processes, enhance our cloud-based infrastructure solutions, and cultivate a culture of collaboration and operational efficiency within Bondora's engineering teams. You will leverage your comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native principles, particularly in Azure to architect and maintain a robust infrastructure that underpins our financial technology services.

This role is located in our Tallinn or Tartu office. 

What would ensure success in this role?
  • 5+ years of experience as an infra/DevOps/cloud engineer or SRE
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure cloud platform
  • Good knowledge of IaaC (infrastructure-as-a-code) and its tooling (i.e., Terraform)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, CI/CD tools, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and network issues
  • Knowledge about RabbitMQ, MSMQ, MSSQL, and MySQL is a strong plus
  • You are ready for on-call shifts.
