As a key member of the Anti-Financial Crime Operations team, your mission is to drive operational excellence and regulatory alignment by optimizing processes, enhancing risk controls, and championing innovation across AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud functions.

How You Will Make an Impact: 

• Support the Head of AFC Operations in implementing regulatory requirements and risk frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives to elevate performance, quality, and compliance across AML, KYC, Sanctions and Fraud functions
• Partner with AFC leadership to identify efficiency opportunities and enhance control effectiveness
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on operational trends and improvement opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and Key Risk Indicators to ensure alignment with internal and regulatory expectations
• Champion AFC transformation programs, embedding process excellence in new technologies
• Contribute to automation, AI, and digitalization efforts to boost operational resilience
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and ensure effective decision-making
• Support AFC Operations Units in interpreting and executing strategic priorities
• Prepare executive-level reporting on performance, risks, and progress
• Strengthen governance by ensuring clear process documentation and accountability

What Makes You a Great Fit:  

• Proven experience in AFC operations, process improvement, or risk management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and AFC technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
