About the role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, Central Operations & Customer Support, you'll lead recruitment for two of Bolt's most business-critical functions. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across both domains to ensure continuity and excellence in hiring, combining hands-on delivery with leadership of a talented recruitment team. This role focuses on building pipelines, shaping hiring strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience in areas that keep Bolt operating at its very best.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, focusing on individual performance and development.
- Own requisition delivery for senior and business-critical roles within assigned departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate experience, pipeline strength).
- Collaborate with the People and Employer Branding teams on employer branding initiatives.
- Support process improvements and participate in People & Culture projects (D&I, analytics, L&D).
- Own and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
About you:
- You are an experienced TA Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a high-growth environment, or a Lead Recruiter with demonstrated leadership capability and readiness to step into formal management.
- You have experience driving hiring outcomes for senior, complex, and business-critical roles.
- You are skilled at shaping recruitment strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and prioritisation.
- You are confident in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters to achieve their potential.
- You are comfortable using data and insights to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- You can balance hands-on delivery with longer-term planning and process improvement.
