Your Responsibilities


• Drive the technical direction and architectural decisions of the development team


• Implement and refine microservices-based solutions


• Mentor and coach developers (code reviews, pair programming, growth discussions)


• Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt


• Improve quality through CI/CD, test coverage, observability, security, and reliability

What We Expect


• Strong development experience (10+ years), including at least 4 years as a Senior Developer


• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot stack


• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture (service separation, API contracts, resilience, event-driven architecture)


• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, Clean Architecture, and testing strategies


• Ability to clearly justify technical decisions and communicate them to business stakeholders


• Strong prioritization and systematic thinking skills


• Proficiency in Estonian language

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).


• Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)


• Experience with process orchestrators (Camunda, Flowable)
