Do you enjoy digging into data, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring clients receive seamless support? If so, we want you to join us as a Sportsbook Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you'll investigate escalated cases in depth by analyzing logs, graphs and configurations settings to find a solution or escalate further to development teams Main responsibilities:
  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Investigating and solving problems escalated by the users within our supported Product Cluster
  • Helping other Support Analysts with their work
  • Identifying and escalating possible bugs and complex issues
  • Creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for known issues and solutions
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Capable of working independently, showing initiative and good organisational skills
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
  • High level of accuracy, with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure

Considered a plus:

  • Experience with SQL and APIs,
  • Previous (technical) support experience
  • Knowledge of popular sports and betting markets
