How You Will Contribute

Greeting and welcoming guests professionally and courteously when they arrive and leave.
Providing information about the hotel services, promotions, and events.
Working together with the Hotel management and Surveillance team in order to ensure guest and staff safety in the Hotel premises.
Enforcing the hotel's dress code and entry policies.
Handling difficult situations with tact and professionalism, including denying entry to underage or visibly intoxicated individuals.
Engaging with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Resolving minor guest complaints or issues, and escalating more serious concerns to the appropriate manager.
Coordinating with security and other staff to manage the flow of guests.
Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and evacuations.
Support with various ad-hoc tasks throughout the day — such as coordinating guest pickups with transfer partners (e.g. Bolt, airport transfers), valet parking, giving tours of the premises, and occasionally assisting with deliveries to upper floors or guest requests.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred; experience in the security field is a plus but not required.
No hotel background needed — what matters most is your positive attitude, motivation to do the job, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage a physically active role.
Basic understanding of security procedures and protocols.
Comfortable using a computer and able to carry out admin tasks with accuracy.
Polite, respectful, and a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Conversational Estonian and English are essential; other languages are a plus.
Able to stand for long periods and stay sharp in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours — shifts are 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, and 23:00–07:00.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum age: 21.
Availability to start: as soon as possible.
