We´re looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
to become the friendly and reliable voice of our client´s brand—supporting customers, boutiques, and partners across Europe, all from the comfort of your home.

What You´ll Be Doing

As part of our client´s customer support team, you´ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and stress-free customer journeys by:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assisting with new bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and general inquiries (air, rail, hotel, and related services)
  • Handling incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Logging interactions in internal systems and ensuring SLA requirements are met
  • Using your product and application knowledge to guide customers confidently
  • Finding tailored solutions for each customer, turning challenges into positive experiences

What We´re Looking For

  • Fluent or bilingual Danish with a strong command of English
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and qualify customer needs effectively
  • A flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

  • Rotating schedule, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8.5-hour shifts); Saturday-Sunday, between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Competitive salary: €1,600 – €2,000 gross/month
  • Bonus up to €250 gross/month
