Financial Business Controller

Role Description

-Lead and monitor the budgeting process.

-Analyze production costs and efficiency indicators.

-Prepare perfomance reports (OEE,productivity, waste).

-Support management with data-driven decisions.

-Colloborate with Finance, Operations, and the Group Controlling team.

-Contribute to Lean and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in controlling or production analysis(manufacturing is a plus)
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/MES;Power BI, Tableu
• Solid English skills (B2)
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
