Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale payment services in a fast-moving product squad
  • Design and deliver system architecture that supports modern payment flows
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on roadmap and tech decisions
  • Own and improve our CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable releases
  • Stay on top of industry trends and bring innovative ideas into our stack
  • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and team collaboration

Requirements

  • Longterm professional software development experience
  • Strong skills in MVC framework (Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end services
  • Good communication skills — you can explain your ideas clearly and give constructive feedback
  • Team player who enjoys helping others grow and succeed
