Dropshipping Specialist

We're launching a new
beauty products dropshipping venture
based in Tallinn, Estonia — focused on identifying and selling high-demand skincare and beauty products across Europe. As the business scales, we'll transition from dropshipping to stocking and branding our own product lines.

We're looking for a
hands-on, data-driven E-Commerce Merchandiser / Dropshipping Specialist
to help us launch and grow from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Research trending, high-margin beauty and skincare products across EU & Nordic markets.
• Source and vet suppliers from platforms like
  AliExpress
  ,
  CJ Dropshipping
  , or
  Syncee
  (preferably EU-based).
• Plan and manage
  Meta, TikTok, and Google Shopping
  campaigns for product visibility.
• Collaborate with
  micro-influencers
  to generate authentic content and awareness.
• Analyze product performance and recommend what to
  stock locally
  as we transition to inventory.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in
  eCommerce merchandising or dropshipping
  , ideally in
  beauty or wellness
  .
• Working knowledge of
  WooCommerce
  ,
  Google Analytics
  , and
  dropshipping platforms
  .
• Experience running
  paid social and influencer campaigns
  .
• Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and optimize for conversions.
• Fluent in English (Estonian or Russian is a plus).
