Help an exciting European/Parisian startup, Culture Vitale, spark more wellbeing, creativity, growth, and connection in workplaces across Europe and the world. This is a 3-month 360° international internship (unpaid, remote, part of your current studies) where you'll touch marketing/social, sales, operations, events, and community - and see your work create true impact.

Experience exposure:

MARKETING & EVENTS LEARNINGS

  • Social, CRM & Web: Support content calendars, basic design/copy, posting & community replies; keep CRM tidy; update pages.

  • Curation & Sourcing: Help scout and vet cultural, wellness, and leadership development experiences/hosts.

  • Content & Comms: Draft posts, newsletters, blurbs, and various communication.

  • Community: Liaise with our network of experience hosts; coordinate slots, info, logistics.

  • Events & Ops: Be on the ground at sessions - check-in, venue liaison, materials, feedback capture; post-event follow-ups.

SALES & COMMERCIAL LEARNINGS
  • SDR (Sales Development Representative) tasks

  • Lead generation to develop the sales pipeline

  • First contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or phone

  • Outbound: Active prospecting of leads across various channels

  • Inbound: Manage and qualify incoming requests & leads

  • Assist in Account Management for early-stage client relationships and pipe hygiene

  • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives: build outreach frequencies, email templates & sales guidelines

  • 1. Sales: Complete 1:1 mentoring, training and onboarding into B2B sales - including hands-on with full sales funnel, tools, business insights, and processes.

  • 3. Operations: Significant hands-on ops experience including corporate norms, events, and project management.

Practical stuff:
  • Remuneration: Unpaid, in line with local regulations

  • Location: Estonia

  • Language: Completely fluent in English, others bonus (eg. German, French)

  • Technical equipment must-have: Well-functioning smartphone, laptop with camera, stable internet connection

  • Legal: European Union citizen or student visa holder with appropriate rights (health, internship work etc.)

  • Timing: Start ASAP, duration approximately 3 months (or closest maximum local limit)

  • Eligibility:

    • Internship to be a part of your current studies

    • Registered tripartite signed with your educational institution

    • Relevant insurance costs must be covered by your educational institution
