We are Scale for Impact, a marketing agency specializing in helping online educators and thought leaders in personal growth space reach wider audiences. Our expertise lies in creating top-of-the-line marketing funnels like webinars, challenges and summits.

We work or worked with some of the best personal growth authors in the world:
Tony Robbins, Jordan Peterson, Mindvalley, Foundr, Marisa Peer, Ben Greenfield, Verne Harnish, Shefali Tsabary and many more.

We're in search of a
YouTube Strategist & Channel Manager
with a deep passion for and a proven track record in
growing YouTube channels
. If you excel at crafting high-performing content strategies, titles, thumbnails, and data-driven experiments that grow views, watch time, and subscribers — and you want your work to have a real impact in people's lives — this might be for you.

Your Role:

As our YouTube Strategist & Channel Manager, you'll
own the strategy and performance
of our main YouTube channel (and potentially additional channels). You'll turn our founder's and clients' expertise into binge-worthy content, and use analytics to grow the channel consistently over time.

Your mission: turn YouTube into a predictable growth and trust engine for our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Content Strategy

  • Design and own the
    YouTube content strategy
aligned with our brand, offers, and audience (personal growth, entrepreneurship, online education).
  • Define clear
content pillars, series formats, and upload cadence
(e.g. long-form, Shorts, live streams, interviews, tutorials).
  • Research audience pain points, keywords, and trends to inform video ideas and angles.

Titles, Thumbnails & Hook Optimization

  • Craft
    high-converting titles and thumbnails
that drive above-average CTR while staying authentic to the content.
  • Develop strong
    video hooks and structures
to maximize retention in the first 30–60 seconds.
  • If you're an agency or full-stack creator:
    design thumbnails
or manage your design team to deliver them.

Video Production & Editing (for full-scope candidates/agencies)

  • Edit videos (or oversee your editors) to match our brand standards: pacing, storytelling, captions, B-roll, and sound.
  • Implement feedback loops with our founder to refine style and structure over time.
  • Manage file organization and delivery so the process is smooth and repeatable.

Publishing & Channel Operations

  • Own the
    upload and optimization process
: end screens, cards, playlists, descriptions, tags, chapters, and pinned comments.
  • Maintain a
    rolling 60–90 day content calendar
    , ensuring consistent publishing.
  • Coordinate with video editors, designers, and the founder to keep production on track.

Analytics & Growth Experiments

  • Monitor
CTR, watch time, retention graphs, RPM, subscribers gained per video, traffic sources
    , and overall channel health.
  • Run
    structured A/B tests
(titles, thumbnails, openings, formats) and document learnings.
  • Report results and insights regularly, proposing
    clear next experiments and priorities
    .

Content Repurposing & Funnels

  • Identify opportunities to repurpose content into
    Shorts, Reels, and email/social snippets
    .
  • Collaborate with the funnel and ads team to align YouTube content with
    launches, webinars, and evergreen funnels
    .
  • Help shape playlists and content journeys that naturally
    lead viewers into our funnels
    .
