Marketing Manager - Building a Thriving Crypto Gambling Community

Goal and Mission:

Help establish as the go-to brand for the crypto gambling community. Create a cohesive experience across multiple channels, including video content (YouTube and streaming), SEO content, Twitter, and Discord. Your mission is to engage players, build trust in our brand, and drive signups on our site - the ultimate KPI.

The Opportunity:

We have a well-defined marketing funnel leveraging various platforms, each requiring a tailored messaging approach. However, our aim is to foster a united community that resonates with our brand's identity. As an affiliate, we don't have direct access to casino data, so driving engagement to our site is crucial for enhancing our SEO performance.

We're working towards enabling players to connect their casino accounts to our site, granting us access to valuable insights like total wagers, casino tenure, and other public information. This will empower us to create tournaments and engaging experiences that generate revenue while keeping players invested in our brand.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead user engagement initiatives, growing our player base, and collaborating with the team to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Oversee a content distribution schedule across all channels, amplifying our team's output (e.g., streaming announcements on Twitter and Discord).
  • Engage directly with players through giveaways, promotions, and other interactive campaigns.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to elevate our global presence before localizing efforts in specific countries.
  • Provide ideas and feedback on design, user experience improvements, and future initiatives like team expansion and management.

Your Profile:

  • Passionate about digital marketing, with a deep understanding of crypto and gambling industries.
  • Proven expertise in creating and executing innovative, non-paid marketing campaigns to cultivate thriving online communities.
  • Extensive experience in live streaming content, ideally within the gambling space.
  • Skilled in social media marketing, particularly on Twitter and within engaged communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining a creative, dynamic approach.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Crypto experience is highly preferred, and any gambling industry experience is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in the Eurozone.
