Your focus will include providing technical support, delivering world-class customer experiences, and contributing to solution adoption and improvement. You will influence product features based on customer needs, stay up-to-date with cybersecurity and automation trends, and represent the team at industry events. Accountabilities:
  • Engage with customers to support successful adoption and use of automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and in customer interactions
  • Influence product roadmap and features by providing feedback from customer experiences
  • Keep up with industry trends in cybersecurity, security automation, and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and share best practices
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in technical support, operations, cloud services, or professional services
  • Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and training experiences
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated "can do" attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and grow
