About the Role

We are looking for a
Customer Management Specialist
to join our sales and business development team. The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your previous experience and level of independence.

If you are at an
early stage in your career
, you will support senior customer managers on ongoing international B2B projects — coordinating technical and commercial activities, learning the specifics of chemical manufacturing and the CDMO sector, and gradually growing into a fully independent customer manager.

If you are an
experienced candidate
, you will take ownership of customer relationships from day one — managing projects end-to-end, nurturing key accounts, and driving new business opportunities to support our commercial growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level, your role may include:

Customer & Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage international B2B customer projects
  • Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Support new cooperation discussions and proposal preparation

Technical & Administrative Coordination

  • Handle project documentation, contracts, deliveries, and invoicing
  • Prepare quotations, project budgets, and commercial documents
  • Track and analyze project-related data

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers — written and verbal
  • Work closely with production, quality, and sales teams
  • Provide updates, anticipate issues, and ensure smooth project execution

Data, Marketing & Support

  • Maintain customer and project information in internal systems
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the sales team
  • Contribute to marketing activities (news, website, social media)

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Have
    2+ years of B2B sales or customer management experience
  • Hold a university degree (science / chemistry background is a strong advantage)
  • Communicate confidently in
    English
    (verbal & written)
  • Enjoy building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
  • Have experience using CRM or project management systems
  • Can manage priorities, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
  • Are proactive, responsible, and committed to following through

It's a Plus If You

  • Have experience in the
    pharmaceutical, chemical, or CDMO industry
  • Understand regulated manufacturing environments
  • Have worked in an international or cross-functional team environment
  • Are curious about science-driven business and innovation
