What you will be doing:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement the marketing and PR plan aligned with commercial strategies and budget objectives, define brand positioning through core brand values and visual identity - Advertising, Promotion & Store Launches:
Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Ensure impactful store launches and promotional activities - Agency & Media Relations:
Manage partnerships with advertising, PR, and creative agencies to deliver high-performance campaigns. Cultivate strong media relationships to secure consistent, positive coverage of Rimi's brand and initiatives - Market Research & Insights:
Oversee competitive analysis, consumer behavior studies and media tracking to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities - Team Leadership & Internal Communication:
Lead the Marketing & PR department, manage internal communications, employee events and information flow across the company - Public Relations:
Support executive visibility through public statements and media engagements.
What you bring to the team:
- University degree
, preferably in marketing, communications or public relations - Proven experience
as marketing and/or brand manager with an ability to
manage large budgets - Strong
strategic planning
and
project management
skills - A
creative mindset
with a
results-driven approach - Strong
analytical abilities
and a data-driven decision-making mindset - Excellent command of
English
allowing you to confidently communicate and cooperate in a cross-cultural environment.
Estonian
is a competitive advantage - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
The recruitment process will consist of an initial interview with the Recruitment Partner & HR Manager followed by a home-assignment and second round with the HR Manager and Country Managing Director.
