Are you a creative and proactive person who loves design?

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll help shape revenue and retention campaigns across all Sisu brands. You'll work closely with different teams to maintain our visual identity, bring fresh ideas, and create designs that elevate the quality of our creative work. Sisu's environment is ideal if you enjoy moving quickly, juggling multiple projects, and adapting easily to shifting priorities. 

Your Skills and Experience:

You have a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing (may be similar) or equivalent experience starting from one year

You have a portfolio that shows your digital design skills in different formats and on different platforms

You work confidently in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and Figma

You have experience with AI-driven design and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney)

You can handle several projects at the same time, stay focused even when things move quickly

You have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

You are proactive, hands-on, and flexible in fast-changing environment

Your will be responsible for:

Conceptualising, designing, and executing visually impactful campaigns that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience

Producing graphics for emails, in-site banners, and landing page visuals

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging, effective designs

Staying up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, contributing fresh and innovative ideas

Ensuring all deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms and devices

Revising and refining design assets based on feedback
