Senior Data Analyst
, where you'll play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, guiding strategic business decisions, and contributing to organisational success.
We're seeking a candidate who thrives on digging into numbers, uncovering trends, and communicating findings in ways that inspire action across the business.
In this role, you'll focus on turning raw data into meaningful stories, identifying opportunities, and helping the business move faster with confidence. Collaboration is central - you'll work closely with stakeholders across
Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
to ensure decisions are powered by clear evidence.
About You
You bring a strong background in data analysis and boast over
5 years of hands-on experience
.
Showcasing Proficiency In
- Write advanced SQL queries and work efficiently with large cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).
- Build intuitive, widely used dashboards and reports with Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Spot patterns, anomalies, and opportunities by combining strong analytical thinking with solid business acumen.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Python or R for deeper statistical and analytical work.
- Knowledge of data modeling and transformation tools (dbt, Dataform, etc.).
- Familiarity with iGaming or other digital product domains.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Analyze & Advise: Investigate performance trends, anomalies, and shifts; provide clear, actionable recommendations that support product, marketing, and finance decisions.
- Build & Maintain: Create and manage dashboards, recurring reports, and performance monitoring tools to ensure data is accessible and reliable.
- Standardize & Ensure Consistency: Define and maintain KPIs and business metrics across departments to align the organization on "one version of the truth."
- Experiment & Measure: Evaluate product changes, campaigns, and feature rollouts, ensuring rigorous measurement and clear interpretation of impact.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, share insights in a compelling way, and work with data engineers to improve data quality and structure.
- Proactively Monitor & Explore: Keep an eye on key metrics, surface risks early, and uncover growth opportunities before they become obvious.
- Empower & Educate: Champion data literacy fostering a culture where teams can confidently use data to make decisions.
