We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Servicing Engineering team in Tallinn, Estonia, and become the driving force behind our documentation. In this crucial role, you'll transform complex engineering and service information into clear, actionable content, including manuals, SOPs, and video training that ensures consistent, high-quality operations for our global robot fleet.
As a direct result of your work, our technicians will be empowered to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and accurately, ensuring continuous, seamless robot operations and successful deliveries.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including service manuals, SOPs, and cross-departmental training guides
- Translating complex robot fault and error codes into clear, actionable troubleshooting steps for technical staff
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Service teams to gather information and support new hardware/software feature launches
- Supporting global robot fleet health by defining field feedback loops and implementing systems for real-time procedure updates
- Creating and delivering technical training content, ensuring consistent onboarding and continuous education across the organization
- Ensuring all documentation adheres to quality standards, company branding, and is continuously enhanced with modern formats (video, flowcharts, new templates)
- Tracking and analyzing the usage and effectiveness of documentation through feedback and success metrics for continuous improvement

What we hope you'll bring to the table:
- 2–5 years as a Technical Writer or similar role
- Proven experience creating manuals, SOPs, and training materials
- Experience collaborating with engineering or service teams in a technical environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a relentless eye for detail
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence)
- Ability to organize and translate complex engineering information into clear, user-friendly documentation (using bullets, diagrams, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and self-management skills
Beneficial:
- Background in technical operations (robotics, hardware/software, service) or experience with product launches/fleet support
- Experience creating video-based or digital training content
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Figma
- Basic understanding of Git/version control
- Experience with Markdown, XML, DITA, or structured content
