Product Strategy Analyst

We're looking for a Strategy Analyst to work directly with our leadership team, exploring new initiatives and solving various challenges across the company.

This person will contribute to the most crucial teams within Bolt's multiple business lines and will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional and cross-functional teams, supporting them with actual market data, industry insights, strategic guidance on business growth and recommendations for various improvements that will have a direct impact on the company's results.

About The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our organization. Working closely with the Strategy Head and/or Lead, you will provide analytical and research support to drive data-driven decision-making.

This role primarily focuses on gathering and analyzing data, conducting market research, and assisting in the formulation of strategic plans

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Data analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify potential opportunities and threats..
• Financial modeling: Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives.
• Presentation and reporting: Prepare clear and concise presentations and reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support strategy development: Assist in formulating strategic plans and objectives by providing research-backed insights and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with various departments to gather data and insights, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends: Stay updated on market dynamics, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's strategy.
• Assist in project management: Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring they align with the overall strategic direction.

About you:

• 2+ years in a fast-paced business analytics/consulting/investment banking role
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel or statistical software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in a strategy-related role or consulting is preferred.
