Job Summary
East Tennessee State University, College of Nursing, is seeking a Business Manager for the Office of Practice at the Johnson City Community Health Center ( JCCHC ), a state-of-the-art facility on par with any of its kind in the United States. Funded by a generous grant from the U.S. Department of Health Resources and Services Administration, it was established through the vision of leaders at ETSU , the College of Nursing and the College of Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences, all of whom are dedicated to providing access to basic health care services for all in our community and region. The Office of Practice Business Manager is responsible to the Executive Director of Practice. This position provides guidance and direction to the Office of Practice and clinic directors relative to financial and budget issues to ensure expenditures remain with budget. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field. Two (2) years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and/or financial management.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in accounting or business-related field. Five (5) years of accounting experience. Two (2) years of experience in higher education or similar field. Experience with ETSU financial and purchasing software.
