Junior Mechanical Supervisor

For a direct hiring contract with a client company active in the waste to energy sector we're currently looking for a:

JUNIOR MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Main responsibilities:

• Acting in the employer's best interests through supervision;
• Organizing the construction site and the use of construction equipment;
• Managing the budget for the work schedule;
• Liaising with the Project Manager, site manager, and supervisors;
• Ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site and all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents;
• Coordinating the activities of construction site personnel, ensuring that quality standards and schedules are met;
• Monitoring the progress of construction and identifying any delays or problems, taking necessary corrective measures;
• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that contractual agreements are respected and that materials and services are provided in compliance with project specifications;
• Maintaining up-to-date construction site documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and work orders;
• Collaborating with the design team to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction phase;
• Provide technical support to field personnel and resolve any doubts or questions regarding work execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical diploma or degree, preferably mechanical;
• Previous experience as a mechanical supervisor;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Either knowledge of Italian or German.

• Fixed term contract, 12 months
• CCNL Commercio, 14 monthly payments
• Annual gross salary: €
• Transport, accomodation and food expense at company's care and charge
• 25 € net / working day
• 40h / week - Monday to Friday, 8h*day
• Estimated net: around 2.500 €
