Your Impact:- Deliver real business outcomes: Build fast, impactful solutions that solve customer problems, boost Agentic platform adoption, and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing team: Guide and grow a mature, autonomous engineering team focused on building Wrike's agentic platform.
- Drive technical vision: Shape the architecture and execution of a scalable platform supporting intelligent, multi-step agents and AI-powered workflows.
- Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with ML and data engineers, product managers, and UX to ensure platform capabilities align with Wrike's product vision.
- Mentor senior talent: Foster a culture of autonomy, technical excellence, and continuous learning within your team.
- Champion engineering best practices: Promote end-to-end ownership, high code quality, observability, and secure development.
- Balance vision and delivery: Align long-term platform strategy with short-term priorities, ensuring steady progress and high standards.
- Technical mastery: Deep experience with distributed systems, modern web architectures, SaaS platforms, and cloud-native development.
- Proven leadership: 3+ years managing engineering teams in product-driven environments, with a record of delivering complex, high-impact releases.
- Architectural expertise: Comfortable with architectural debates, platform APIs, and integrating AI/LLM-based components.
- Organizational savvy: Skilled in roadmap planning, cross-team alignment, and resource management to balance innovation with delivery.
- Influence & empathy: Strong soft skills to inspire, challenge, and develop senior engineers, and to build trust across teams.
- Pragmatic delivery: A results-oriented mindset that balances innovation with operational reliability and security.
- AI & Agentic systems acumen: Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features, agent-based architectures, and ML-driven workflows.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Direct experience working with data science, ML, or AI teams.
- Innovative execution: Concrete examples of driving technical innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Engineering ownership: Enthusiasm for end-to-end platform ownership and scaling engineering processes.
- Commitment to excellence: Passion for continuous team development, code quality, and robust DevOps practices.
You'll lead and grow a highly skilled, cross-functional team of seasoned engineers who value ownership, technical excellence, and autonomy. Together, you will collaborate closely with some of the brightest minds in machine learning, product, and design to help shape Wrike's AI capabilities and deliver impactful solutions.
