About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in Tallinn. You will be supporting customers with their travel-related inquiries, including reservations, itinerary changes, and general service requests. This is a hybrid role within Estonia, offering you the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests.
  • Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
  • Language skills:
    • Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.
    • Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Must already be based in Estonia
